Weight Management

Having problems regulating your weight is common in this day and age. Many people have tried hard with weight loss programmes - some have succeeded, but many more have failed to achieve their goals. In a high number of cases those who have failed have also gained more weight than they began with. Some people find that as they get older their weight gradually increases over the years and it is difficult to reverse.

If we address weight management as an indication of health and look further than the balance of 'calories in versus calories out' we will find that traditional diets fail because they are not health-focused.

A truly healthy body is one that does not have weight problems.
